If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the fit of them item, we’re happy to accommodate this request within 2 days of receiving. Items must have original hang tags attached and in the same condition as received. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our store, and the customer will incur the shipping cost. Once we receive the item, you will be refunded as soon as 1-3 business days through the method of payment the item was originally purchased.
We currently do not do exchanges. You will have to go through the return process and order a new product.
Packages marked as "DELIVERED" will not be refunded. If a package is stolen or otherwise disappears, it is the customer's responsibility to contact their local Post Office.
Cancel Order Policy
To successfully cancel an order, the customer must cancel through our website no later then 2 days after initial order or email @email@example.com to confirm. Unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations if the order is already in production. Most orders go into production 20 hours after purchasing. If purchased on a weekend day such as Saturday or Sunday, the cancellation will take effect the following Monday.
